At Betty Ann's Sandwich Shop, we take pride in delivering high-quality food to our customers. If there are any issues with your order, we are here to make it right.

• Refunds:
  1. Refunds will only be issued if the order is incorrectly prepared or if there is an issue with the product quality.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
• Cancellations:
  1. Orders can be canceled only before they are processed. Once the order is confirmed and being prepared, cancellations will not be accepted.
• Order Mistakes:
  1. If we make a mistake with your order, we will rectify it by either preparing a new one or offering a refund.
